The founders, Edward W. Phifer III, Joseph B. Manderson and John Victor Jokinen, assembled a coterie of skilled woodworkers and upholsterers, led by those who understand the art of creating furniture excellence. Respected, experienced furniture craftsmen were put at the helm of two manufacturing facilities, which have been expanded to accommodate the future growth of E.J. Victor.
