E.J. Victor's wood furniture begins with fine veneers and solid woods individually selected to fit each piece. Crotch mahogany, burled walnut, and select maple are hand picked and matched. Close attention is paid to the tightness and configuration of the grain patterns of the wood since the beauty of the piece depends on this step. Only a small percentage of veneers meet the E.J. Victor standard for fine veneer.
